Conferences
It was so wonderful to get the opportunity to chat with parents these past two weeks at conferences! While this round of meetings has come to a close, please do not hesitate to contact me anytime with questions or concerns regarding your child’s progress. I can be reached by telephone at extension 5406, by note or by email! Thank you!!!

Rest Time Towels
Rest time towels were sent home on Friday for washing. Please have your child bring their clean rest items back to school with them on Monday. Thank you so much!

Halloween!
Room 202 had a SPOOKtacular time celebrating Halloween and Fall last week! A BIG 'thank you' to our Room Parents Mrs. Fazio, Mrs. Holland, and Mrs. Wheeler for planning some very fun crafts and games for us!

Our class showed their Halloween spirit by wearing black and orange on Wednesday!

Pumpkin Fun!
Math and science came together last week as the children had a great time participating in a pumpkin exploration!

As part of our investigation, the children predicted how many cubes tall our classroom pumpkin would be! We discovered that our pumpkin was exactly 12 cubes tall! We also learned that pumpkins will float when placed in water!

These kinder kiddos had a great time collecting and counting our pumpkin's seeds! We discovered that our pumpkin had 210 seeds altogether! That's A LOT of seeds! We also learned about the different parts of the pumpkin including the stem, skin, pulp, and fibrous strands (also known as "goo").

Thanks so much for stopping by to take a peek at our week! Please check back soon to see all that is new in Room 202!
