The children did a great job sitting at the tables and working on their First Day of Kindergarten portraits!
Lunch came at the perfect time. We certainly worked up quite an appetite!
Where is the Gingerbread Man?
Later in the week we went on a hunt for the Gingerbread Man who was loose in Boyden School! While we searched locations such as the office, cafeteria, and innovation lab, it seems as though he was too fast for us to catch! Luckily our hunt had a happy ending as the Gingerbread Man left us a fun activity to complete when we returned to our classroom!
Recess
Friday's cooler temperatures also made outdoor recess MUCH more enjoyable. We had a great time playing with new friends!
Our first few days in Kindergarten were a huge success! I'm looking forward to continuing our work together next week! :)
