A Peek At Our Week!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the beautiful weather! It's hard to believe this is our last full week of Kindergarten! Please enjoy a few pictures and updates from our very busy classroom, including our field trip to Franklin Park Zoo on Friday! 🦁🐯🦓

Animal Research Projects

The Kindergarten students have been hard at work over the last few weeks researching animals using the Pebble Go website! Mrs. Moses shared the finished projects with the class last week and the end results were impressive! Click here Click here to listen to each child's report!

ABC Countdown

It was another busy week for our ABC Countdown to Summer! Last week the class enjoyed neon, outside, Playdoh, and questions days.

Neon Day 🧡💛💚

The class enjoyed finding objects that were longer and shorter than a glow stick, playing neon teen number bingo, and making neon jellyfish after listening to the story The Jellyfish Who Lost Its Glow.

Outside Day 🌞🌳🐦

It was a beautiful day to spend extra time outdoors on outside day! The class enjoyed a nature walk outside and took pretend pictures of things that they saw! They also ate their afternoon snacks outside and had an extra outdoor recess instead of Choice Time. A big thank you to Ms. Marascio (a former first grade student of mine) and Ms. Mack who assisted Mrs. Dacko last week while I was out of the classroom participating in screening for next year's Kindergarten students.

Question Day and Zoo Field Trip!

Friday was a picture perfect day for our Field Trip to Franklin Park Zoo! The class had wonderful questions about the different animals we saw, and learned so much on our very fun trip!
