The children did a great job sitting at the tables and working on their First Day of Kindergarten crowns!
It couldn't have been a nicer day for outdoor recess!
The class enjoyed visiting the art room today and getting to meet the art teacher, Mrs. Marinelli! The children spent their first art class learning about the rules in the art room, as well as hearing about some of the great projects they will do this year. Lunch came at the perfect time. We certainly worked up quite an appetite!
Puzzles were a perfect way to relax after lunch!
Free choice time was definitely a highlight of our first day! The children had a great time playing with new friends!
It was a 'thumbs up" for the first day of Kindergarten!
